HPBOSE 12th Results 2017: The wait for candidates who appeared for the HPBOSE class 12th board examinations will soon be over as the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE), Dharamshala is likely to declare the Class 12th board examination results in the next 5 days by April 25, 2017. Candidates who are eagerly waiting for their board examination results can do so as soon as the result link is activated on the website by the board. Class 12 board examination in the state of Himachal Pradesh were conducted between March 3 to March 28 this year. There was a bit of a controversy that happened regarding the examinations this time – the Indian Express reported that Physics and Computer Science papers had been leaked.

    About Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE)

    Established in 1969, HPBOSE was formed under the Himachal Pradesh Act No. 14 of 1968. It had it headquaters in Shimla which was the shifted to Dharamshala in January 1983. Over 8000 schools are affiliated by the HPBoSE and approximately 5 lakh candidates appear for the examinations that are conducted by the board every year across 1650 centres across the state. The board conducts classes and courses for 10th, 12th, JBT and TTC.

The news of ICSE 10th Result 2016 coming out on May 6 has put to rest several rumours and speculations, which were bothering the students. Earlier, reports had suggested that the ICSE Results declaration might encounter some technical problems on the board’s end. This coupled with long and strenuous ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) Exam schedule that had hinted that results might be delayed. However, now all such speculations have been put to rest.

This year, the CISCE Board also seem to have simplified the ICSE Result checking procedure for the students. Students, who are unaware of the process, can follow the simple steps given below to check their results.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations has done a commendable job in ensuring that both ICSE Results come out on time, as per the annual academic calendar. This year, the ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) Exam started on February 29 and concluded within a month on March 31 2017.

In 2015, the ICSE 10th Result was declared on May 18. A total of 1,59,738 class 10 students received their ICSE Results, of which 98.49% managed to pass the exam quite easily. In line with the national level trend, girls managed to outperform boys by quite a significant margin. Looking at the increased participation of the students in this year’s CISCE exams, the board is expecting the overall pass percentages to rise for ICSE Result 2017.
